13:00 – 13:15 WELCOME. INTRODUCTION: Recap of objectives, book concept, author guidelines and chapter templates. (A. Pohlmann)
13:15 – 13:45 STATUS QUO: Current list of chapters. Questionnaire results - Status quo of author recruitment and manuscript preparation for each chapter. (A. Pohlmann)
14:00 – 15:30 EDITOR REPORTS – PART 1: Each section editor briefly outlines the structure and content of its chapters (5 min per chapter). Scrolling through manuscript drafts. Do content and style meet our guidelines? How understandable are the chapters for beginners? Are there enough details and illustrations?

10:00 – 11:00 EDITORIAL DECISIONS ON BOOK CONTENT: Based on the status quo of the chapters and the decisions regarding cross-linking, final decisions will be made about the book content. (meeting participants plus Neil Nerome and Iris Friedli via SKYPE)
11:00 – 11:30 OPEN ACCESS: Suggestions and discussion about which chapters should be made open-access.
11:30 – 11:50 REALITY CHECK - PROTOCOLS: Discussion if the approach “generic description + example parameter sets” proved to be feasible and useful in practice.
11:50 – 12:10 REALITY CHECK - PLATFORMS: Discussion about widening the scope from focusing on preclinical high-field systems to including clinical scanners.
12:10 – 12:20 REVIEW PROCESS: Explanation and discussion about the co-author peer-review process.
12:20 – 12:40 LINK TO COST ACTION: How to verbally link the chapters together and to the COST action.
12:40 – 13:00 SUMMARY & SUSTAINABILITY PLANNING
